Who we are

Wamma Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through wamma.io. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17187505. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form at wamma.io/contact. The fields are name, email address, and message. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on the site.

Our servers receive standard request metadata when you load a page (IP address, browser type, referrer, time of request). We do not use this for tracking and we do not retain it beyond what our hosting provider records for security and operational logging.

Why we collect it

The only reason we collect personal data on wamma.io is to read and reply to messages you send us. Nothing more.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. Responding to a message you voluntarily sent us is a limited, expected use of your data that does not override your rights or freedoms.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up. When a conversation becomes inactive and there is no business reason to keep it, we delete it.

Who processes the data on our behalf

We use a small set of third-party processors to operate the site:

Each of these providers acts under a data processing agreement with us and is bound by their own GDPR commitments.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Cookies

wamma.io does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated and a cookie notice will appear on the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hi@wamma.io. We will reply within one calendar month.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate hearing from you first so we can try to fix the issue.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change or when the law requires. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Significant changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable time before they take effect.
