Not the ones we'd have to invent to sell a solution. Not pain points borrowed from a pitch deck. Real ones, deep enough to justify the work.

need a human.
Ourselves included. If a task can be structured, it should be. We'd rather build a tool once than do the work a hundred times.

Make what we
wanted to use.
That's usually the right signal. We start by building for ourselves; if nobody else wants it, we've at least got a nice tool.

No agency. No investors. Few meetings. We move at the pace of the work, and ship when it's worth shipping.
